Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, test driving, consigning a vehicle, or otherwise engaging with Marvo Motors Pty Ltd (“Marvo Motors”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Marvo Motors operates as:

• A motor vehicle dealer selling vehicles owned by the business; and/or
• An agent facilitating the sale of vehicles on behalf of third parties (consignment sales)

We may also assist with finance, warranties, insurance, and related services through third parties.

All vehicle information provided, including but not limited to:

• Make, model, year
• Odometer readings
• Specifications and features
• Service history

is provided as a guide only.

Marvo Motors:

• Does not guarantee accuracy
• Relies in part on third-party and previous owner information

Customers must conduct their own inspections and checks prior to purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that you:

• Have inspected or had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle
• Have conducted independent checks (including PPSR if desired)
• Are satisfied with the condition and suitability of the vehicle

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all vehicles are sold:

• "As-Is"
• "Where-Is"
• With faults, if any

This does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You acknowledge that:

• You have not relied solely on statements made by Marvo Motors or its staff
• Any advice is general in nature
• You have made your own independent decision

• All prices are in AUD
• Prices may exclude government charges unless stated
• Prices may change without notice

A vehicle is not secured until:

• A deposit is paid; AND
• A formal agreement is signed

Deposits:

• May be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Secure the vehicle for a limited time

Marvo Motors reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit where a customer withdraws without lawful reason.

We may assist with finance, insurance, and warranty products. However:

• These are provided by third parties
• Marvo Motors is not responsible for approvals, terms, or outcomes
• You must review third-party agreements independently

Customers warrant that:

• They own the vehicle or are authorised to trade it
• It is free from undisclosed finance

Valuations may change upon inspection.

Upon delivery, the Customer acknowledges:

• The vehicle is accepted in its current condition
• Any issues must be raised immediately

Ownership does not transfer until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to retain or reclaim the vehicle where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvo Motors is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Mechanical failures after sale
• Third-party services

You agree to indemnify Marvo Motors from any claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of vehicles

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Copy content without permission

We may refuse service or cancel transactions at our discretion, including for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Breach of terms

Parties agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms form the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements.

By engaging with Marvo Motors, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be legally bound
